tag:jonturner.blog.co.uk,2009-11-09:/MokoFeed2009-11-09T12:59:35+01:00tag:jonturner.blog.co.uk,2007-09-29:/2007/09/29/holidays~3058540/jonturner2007-09-29T16:12:28+02:002007-09-29T16:19:48+02:00 <p>OK so I've finally made the plunge into creating a blog.</p> <p>How often I'll add to it is anyone's guess but its a start.<br>Rather than make it a self-indulgent rant I will just put up a series of photos and captions to make it more of a picto-blog than reams of text.</p> <p>Currently I'm in Moscow on a business trip.<br>I spent the last 2 days at a training exhibition on a stand with our soon-to-be partner; <a href="http://www.btrus.ru/">Business Training Russia</a> </p> <p>The exhibtion consisted of a lot of training companies blaring out music from powerpoint presentations - he who has the loudest music wins!</p> <p>I just wanted to try this read more link thing - One thing that the exhibition did teach me was that the Russian training/eLearning market is wide open and chaotic. There's plenty of opportunity for western companies.</p> <p>Today I've been sightseeing - I wandered down to Red Square, past the Kremlin and got on a boat tour along the river which went past most of the major sights. I came back to the apartment for lunch, then went out for an evening stroll to the Cathedral of Christ our saviour - pretty impressive stuff!
